Heh heh, Resengan, cusatom created ninjitsu by The Fourth, and a very powerful ninjitsu that clumps raw chakra together in the palm of your hand, spinning it in all directions at deadly speeds and compressed down to prevent it exploding, then it's shoved right into your opponent, either ripping right through your opponent. :)
