Overcoming Post Natal Hibernation With Photoslaught Therapy

A proud daddy.
KK, Revhead and Caity came to visit

A beautiful mummy
Tink came to visit (no prizes for guessing what bub was thinking about in this photo)
One of the first couple of days at the hospital
Some wonderful uncles (Wire, Daniel and Neale)
Three generations (grandpa, uncle and newborn)
My brother Mic, who went to America this morning (*sob*). He has, by the way, the cutest photo of Isaac to date on his blog.
This is about 10 minutes after he was born - huge eyes open straight from the womb!
The cutest baby in the world (I'm not biased, I swear)

Huzzah!
congratulations to you and mum.
i recall that we agreed the title of your next post was going to include the word 'pummelled', however im glad it wasn't in this case, the current title is more engaging and this way people won't call childrens services in fear that you might be harming your bub ;)

Photoslaught... I like the sound of that.

It's been such a long time since there's been someone in a photo with me who's even been close to better looking. Quite a bub!

Thanks so much for the photos... have been checking back to see the good news. Congrats!

The pic with Chrystal shortly after the birth... how does one look that good after childbirth?!?! I looked like I had been run over by a few trucks.

Great photos... congratulations Mum & Dad!

Good to see that you've finally got some pics of that little man on here!!
I've been missing you already! And the weather here is gaY! With a capital Y!

Thanks guys! I'll post a few more soon.

DCMM>> Amazing, isn't it? The weirdest thing is that Chrystal looked back to her normal size only about 3 weeks after the birth. Ridiculous. No complaints there from me though :)

MiC! (with a capital 'C')>> Hey! Good to see your bloated face :) Great to hear you're enjoying the bitterly cold American winter while we bask in 20 degree glory :D

I have a complaint to make. Is this the right place(or should go to www.noonelikesawhinger.com?) I have not had a cuddle of the newest Symons and I DON"T LIKE IT.

I hope Freremiah is doing everything he is suppose to do (also can you give us an average nappy count per day?)

With the nappies it depends on whether you use cloth or disposable. We started with disposable (just to get ourselves together) and are now doing cloth. I reckon 6 disposables and maybe 8 cloth per day as the cloth feel wetter and need to be changed more frequently. If your bub is anything like ours you will be diligent to change/ check often so as to avoid leakage and being pooed on (yes, I am speaking from experience!)

Christi and her family call him LIDS, an acronym for Little Isaac David Symons.

LIDS! How cool! My cousin's husband calls him 'Newton'... no prizes for guessing that namesake :)

Or carrots. They're supposed to be good for you. Present him with the presently present presence of a carrot present.
